Ikabana . Redesign.
In this project, I redesigned Ikabana, a Hebrew book from 1975 about Japanese gardening techniques.

Instead of sticking to the book’s traditional tone, I drew inspiration from modern Japanese design aesthetics. This deliberate contrast created a fresh visual language and a bold typographic style.

The original edition was written exclusively for women, using female pronouns throughout. I chose to reposition the book for a wider audience, making it inclusive for all genders, and translated it into English to create a bilingual edition.
